One YouTube Premium user reported over the weekend, on Reddit, that Google offered him a free Google Home Mini. The user, based in Germany, received the offer when he opened the YouTube app.

I'm okay with the mini being a voice actuated light switch, and the voice recognition is leaps and bounds ahead of Alexa. However the wife's pixel was able to detect w/o any additional steps, so I'm pretty sure my issue was the LG.
